From Life Challenges to Coaching
Disability Advocacy
My journey into health and life coaching began with some of the most personal and profound challenges of my life. As a proud mother of three, my world shifted dramatically when my first child was born with Cerebral Palsy. His birth was the reason for a complete transformation in my mindset and life purpose. Determined to support him in every way possible, I dove deep into understanding physical and neurological disabilities, both visible and invisible.
Through years of research, global travel in search of better solutions, and lived experience, I became a strong advocate for individuals with special needs. My passion and knowledge led me to establish a community center dedicated to supporting families like mine, providing them with guidance, resources, and a sense of hope.
Health Challenges
Caring for a child with high physical needs while balancing work and parenting was not an easy journey. I went through several health crises, brought on by neglecting my physical health and well-being. This was a wake-up call: without health, everything else becomes fragile. These experiences led me to study health and wellness in-depth. I learned how to rebuild strength from the inside out, and now I help others do the same, especially caregivers and busy parents who often forget to take care of themselves
Parenting While Managing Life
Raising three children, including one with specific dietary and care needs, while working and pursuing personal goals, was overwhelming at first. It took structure, patience, and planning to create balance in my life. Through that process, I developed strategies that now allow me to support other working parents who are struggling to keep up.
Weight Loss and Body Confidence
After my pregnancies, I gained 40 kilograms and felt disconnected from my body and self-confidence. I chose a path of kindness and self-compassion, not crash diets or intense pressure. Over a year, I lost 45 kilograms by focusing on sustainable habits, inner motivation, and mental resilience. I now use this experience, along with my health coaching training, to guide others toward their weight and wellness goals with a healthy mindset and achievable plan.
